Sepulveda Article

An article on Sepulveda Basin Park and Sports Complex is running in the June issue of Parks & Recreation Business magazine: http://www.northstarpubs.com/articles/prb/there-is-a-there-there

Sepulveda is a great project that I worked on with Tarrah Beebe of Killefer Flammang Architects. The project won a handful of industry awards.

Chrysalis Downtown Los Angeles

Chrysalis is the most meaningful project that I have worked on. Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles' Skid row, Chrysalis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.

We helped Chrysalis transform their offices from a dark and dirty bastardized industrial space into a bright and well organized space that is much more representative of the quality of the organization. The project was truly a community effort; funded in large part through private donations. The success stories that come out of Chrysalis are beyond awe-inspiring and I was truly honored to play a role in this project. (A Killefer Flammang Architects Project)
